Please note that freeflow by Adja Retreats has a small group size to allow for a more personal and intimate experience. Therefore, our cancellation policy is in place to help both guests and us share the costs that may arise from unexpected cancellations. If you are unable to attend the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the following guidelines apply: Cancellation 3 months prior to the retreat – full refund (plus a €300 service and administration fee). Cancellation 2 months prior to the retreat – 50% refund (plus a €300 service and administration fee). Cancellation 6 weeks prior to the retreat – no refund (unless you find someone to take your place). A processing fee applies to all eligible refunds. No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events can occur. Therefore, please consider purchasing travel insurance and note that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy. No exceptions can be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance, incomplete retreat, late arrival, or early departure. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover your travel expenses should you or your family experience a medical issue before or during your trip. Travel insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses should you have an accident during the retreat. Most travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel retreats due to insufficient participant interest. In this case, all amounts paid to freeflow by Adja will be refunded. Cancellations for this reason will be made at least one month prior to the start of the retreat. freeflow by Adja cannot be held liable for personal expenses such as flight tickets due to changes in travel plans or retreat cancellations.

Please note that if the retreat is postponed due to border closures, a credit note will be issued for guests' deposits, which can be used for the rescheduled date. If the retreat takes place as planned, but a guest decides not to attend for a reason other than a country's border closure, the regular cancellation policy (as stated above) will apply. If global travel is still disrupted as the retreat approaches, the final payment due date for the remaining balance will be postponed until a final decision is made one month prior to the retreat's start date. All participants agree to comply with all COVID-19 regulations of the retreat location. All mandatory travel requirements, such as vaccinations, booster shots, and testing, will be met in accordance with legal requirements. During the retreat, guests agree to comply with all applicable local regulations, such as mask requirements, "green passes," and the like.

Freeflow by Adja Retreats and all persons involved in the retreats (hereinafter referred to as "AGENTS") act solely as AGENTS for the participant in all matters relating to travel, sightseeing, and transportation, and as AGENTS assume no liability for damages arising for any reason whatsoever. AGENTS are not liable for damages, expenses, or inconveniences caused by delayed departure or changes to the schedule, strikes, or their conditions, nor are they liable for loss of or damage to luggage or other belongings of the participant. All prices quoted are correct at the time of printing, include operating costs for travel, and are subject to currency fluctuations. REPRESENTATIVES are not liable for personal injury, death, accidents, delays, losses, damages, irregularities, or property damage resulting from force majeure or for any other loss or damage incurred by persons or participants due to delays or changes in the itinerary or arising from any act, including but not limited to negligence, of any person acting for or on behalf of AGENTS, transportation, accommodation, or sightseeing providers, or any other natural or legal person providing any of these services or accommodations offered in connection with this trip. This agreement supersedes all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties. Participants assume all risks associated with participating in yoga, overseas travel, and any activities and/or undertakings they voluntarily undertake while participating in the retreat. Participants agree to mediate any disputes prior to initiating legal proceedings. Regarding the stay during the yoga retreat, the AGENTS ensure safe, careful instruction and secure facilities; however, they ask each participant to take personal responsibility for their own self-care and (in the unlikely event) for any injuries that may occur during the retreat. Adaptations will be made for students with special needs. If participants are unsure of their physical capabilities due to previous injuries, they should seek medical advice beforehand. By participating in a retreat, guests acknowledge and agree that images, videos, and photographs of their being and likeness may be taken by one or more freeflow by Adja photographers and other participants, and that these images may be shared online and publicly at their discretion.

By participating in a program offered by freeflow by Adja Retreats, you agree that you do so at your own risk, participate voluntarily in these activities, assume all risk of injury, and release freeflow by Adja Retreats from all claims or causes of any action, known or unknown, arising therefrom. Please consult your physician before beginning any training program. By choosing to participate in our retreat yoga classes, you agree to the following: Yoga is an individual experience. You will progress at your own pace, and if you experience pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, adjust your posture, and/or stop and rest as needed. You understand that with any training program, including your voluntary participation in yoga, there is an inherent risk that may result in injury. You understand and are aware that the components of yoga are potentially dangerous activities and can cause injury. You confirm that you have either 1) had a physical examination and/or received permission from your doctor to participate in a yoga program, or 2) that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga program without the approval of your doctor. Consult your doctor and hereby assume full responsibility for your participation in yoga or any other activity associated with freeflow by Adja Retreats. You, your heirs, and legal representatives hereby forever waive freeflow by Adja Retreats, its members, teachers, agents, and employees from any and all liability and responsibility for injuries, accidents, illnesses, legal and medical expenses, now or in the future, arising from your participation in yoga or any activities. You understand that freeflow by Adja Retreats is not a licensed medical provider and declares that the company has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating any medical condition or in determining the effect of any particular exercise on a medical condition.
