Which yoga is right for you?

  • Listen Yoga

LYT Yoga helps you move and feel better. It was developed by licensed physiotherapist Lara Heimann. The focus is on core strengthening, yoga flows, and functional movement. The goal is to offer a whole-body workout method that contributes to improving and caring for your body. You will recenter your body and mind alignment, improve strength and flexibility, and overcome joint pain.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels. The individual yoga poses are held for extended periods, allowing for a particularly deep immersion into each posture/asana. This provides optimal stretching for the body, helping to release deeper tension and blockages. Yin Yoga offers a wonderful and calming complement to more dynamic yoga styles.

  • Doing Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga unites the energies of Yin and Yang. In Yin Yoga, the focus is on holding poses for extended periods. In Yang Yoga, physical strength and flexibility are developed through specific active asanas and gentle sequences. Mindful alignment is emphasized, and various energy centers in the body are stimulated through specific movements (including the Sun Salutation) and conscious breathing. This well-rounded, feel-good practice allows us to rediscover balance in life and harmonize Yin and Yang.

  • Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga that aims to achieve balance between body and mind primarily through physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation. It involves practicing specific postures, known as asanas, designed to harmonize and calm the body, mind, and spirit. Hatha Yoga is particularly well-suited for improving flexibility, strength, and balance. It also helps reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote a more mindful and tranquil state. This form of yoga is suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to the needs of almost any practitioner.

  • Health courses

A preventative health course, subsidized by health insurance companies, is a structured program designed to teach health-promoting behaviors and prevent illness. Hatha yoga and stress management are integral parts of this preventative approach. Participants learn to find inner peace, manage stress, and enhance their self-awareness within the yoga classes. All my health courses are certified and eligible for reimbursement.

  • Kiss your stress goodbye

Kiss your stress goodbye – an effective method for burnout prevention – is stress management training for your health. Through simple and immediately applicable tools that you can sustainably integrate into your life, including your professional routine, you can avoid stress and thus prevent stress-related illnesses and burnout. The training is subsidized by health insurance companies.

What your health insurance covers for you

My 8-week courses are recognized as prevention courses according to §20 SGB V.

This means that if you participate regularly, your statutory health insurance will cover a large part of the course fee — between 75 and 100% for most insurers.

Here's how it works:

  1. You are signing up for an 8-week course.
  2. You attend at least 80% of the sessions (i.e., at least 7 out of 8 sessions).
  3. You will receive a certificate of participation from me with all the details for your health insurance company.
  4. You submit the certificate to your health insurance company.
  5. The refund will arrive in your account — usually within a few weeks.

Simply ask your health insurance provider about "prevention courses according to §20 SGB V". Many providers reimburse up to two courses per year.

If you have any questions, I'm happy to help you through the process. Just write to me.
