Statement of legal basis

If we have obtained consent from the data subject to process personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 1a of the GDPR applies as the legal basis. If the data processing serves a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, we rely on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 1e of the GDPR. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party – without jeopardising the interests, fundamental rights or freedoms of the data subject – Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1f (GDPR) applies as the legal basis.

In order to make your visit as user-friendly as possible and to be able to offer all available functions, we collect a range of data and information from the device you used to access our website.
